100% Wholegrain sourdough bread, made with Sonset Farms grown Spelt grain.
Flour, water salt. Thats it! Our bread is made with freshly milled, local organic whole grains. The dough is then long fermented to maximize nutrition and digestibility. It makes delicious sandwiches when fresh and fabulous toast throughout the week.
Keeps best cut side down on the counter or in a bread bag. Eat within a few days or slice and freeze in an airtight container.
